We are considered an essential business authorized to stay open during the shelter at home restrictions. Our attorneys have been consulting via phone, video conferencing, and electronically to meet the needs and concerns of our clients. We have also been meeting clients at our offices and fulfilling their needs while practicing social distancing and following all public health recommendations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has heightened awareness of estate planning needs. As family members and loved ones have unexpectedly been hospitalized over the past few months, the importance of having one’s affairs in order has become painfully evident. Although the Covid-19 pandemic has slowed the real estate market, rest assured that real estate closings are taking place. The title companies have implemented safety measures to protect you at closing. We are happy to assist you in your sale or purchase as we have in the past while exercising protocols to assure everyone’s safety. Call our office if you are purchasing or selling your home.

Currently our office building is locked. If a situation warrants an in-person consultation, we can schedule an appointment. We ask you to call our office (847-895-9151) when you arrive and we will unlock the door and safely escort you.
